One-world design are appointed to design a mixed use scheme in a city centre location in the south of England. Still in its early design phases this exciting scheme will be submitted for full planning consent in March 2012 and is not currently in the public domain. The scheme will be residential led, feature a hotel, restaurant and retail use. The design will target BREEAM excellent and Code for Sustainable Homes level 5.
