One-world design are appointed to design the extensive refurbishment and recladding of an existing high street retail block in the south of England. The application to be submitted in early 2012 will a change of use to the upper floors, general upgrading to the existing envelope and the recladding of what is currently a dated 1970’s block. The design will improve the thermal performance of the existing envelope, its energy use and appearance whilst significantly extending the life of the existing building.
