The new annex and basement pool is to be constructed in spring 2013.
The design of the new accommodation on the grounds of an 8 bedroom Italianate Victorian Villa, in the Chelston Conservation Area, is formed to maintain the Sylvanian Landscape as seen from nearby hills and replace two existing double garages.
The building design includes high levels of insulation, ground source heat pumps and a sedum roof and will perform beyond the requirements of part L. Improvements and some alterations to the existing building are also proposed.
