Set within the beautiful Hampshire countryside the project converted a 1950’s Cowstall into a 3 bedroom family home. The project achieved consent following the extension of permitted development rights in 2014 to cover the conversion of farm buildings and constitutes phase 1 of the development of this site.

The Works included creating improved access from the road, mains services, new structure, floor slab, partially new walls and a new roof and complete internal remodelling and refurbishment. All new elements of fabric comply with contemporary building control standards with additional insulation added internally.  The Cowstall was completed in the autumn of 2016.
